Health and Wellness Programs & Services

All services are conveniently performed via e-counseling and /or teleconference. All clients will receive an individually tailored and comprehensive initial assessment and follow-up reports via e-mail.   Below is a brief description of our basic services:

Initial Session:
Food and lifestyle assessment and goal setting. The initial assessment form is completed online via our website and you’ll receive your results back within 24 hours.  Your dietitian will then begin to work with you to formulate a food and exercise plan and food purchasing, food preparation and dining out strategies.

Subsequent Sessions:
Evaluation of adherence to food and exercise plan, review of goals and objectives, dietary supplements that can work best for you, and further information including re-direction of eating behaviors.

Although you are under no obligation to schedule follow-up appointments, you will obtain the most benefit from our sessions together if you plan and attend follow up sessions, take advantage of the many resources we have to offer, keep food and activity records and have an agenda prepared prior to each follow up session. Please realize that changing your lifestyle is a process that cannot be accomplished in one or two visits.

Ready for a new adventure in wellness?  In this modern age of processed and packaged foods, it can be difficult to maintain healthy and nutritious eating habits.  The goal in this program is to provide you with the information upon which to base your daily decisions about what you eat and where you shop.
